For many transactions and relationships, some or all of the PII & Personal Records are only shared for a limited time and purpose (such as KYC and other ways of establishing trust) such that they are deleted or otherwise restricted (under the control of the Holder) once the legitimate (and consented) use of data is complete. Perhaps using the term "zero data residue" would apply?
